        Convector heaters manufactured by Isoterm Firm JSC are an advanced and energy-efficient solution for heating spaces with panoramic glazing or spaces, which architectural specifics make installing regular radiators impossible.

        We recommend installing convector heaters with forced convection in spaces with considerable glass areas. Forced convection ensures that the heated air moves upwards along glass surface. That helps avoid the cold air flow and stops the glass from fogging.

        Installing Isoterm’s convector heaters in office buildings and business centres

        One of the concepts of modern design is developing buildings that include vast amounts of glazing and intricate and complex facades. In floor trench convector heaters are a great solution for spaces, where installing regular heating appliances is made difficult due to the lack of area (e.g. in spaces with low windows) or impractical from the modern design point of view. Devices are installed into the floor along the walls and the windows of spaces and are connected to hot-water heating systems. The devices can follow any wall contour perfectly, while effectively heating the space via natural or forced convection.

        Convector heaters of the Coral series, that are of the lowest height in our range, were specifically developed for spaces where installing in floor trench convector heaters is impossible due to insufficient thickness of the screed. Wall convectors of these series are from 8 cm in height, and floor convectors are from 15 cm in height (including the legs). Convector heaters of the Coral series come in a wide variety of sizes, which allows you to choose a device to match the specifics of the space. The devices could be customised and manufactured to be curved.

        Facade hot-water convector heaters are installed in spaces where glass facades are more than 4 meters in height. Facade convectors installed in horizontal frames of panoramic glazing are the perfect solution to cold air flows coming from windows. Devices can be installed in one or more tiers, depending on the height of the windows. Convective heat transfer helps even the temperatures of the space, which makes for a comfortable microclimate.

        Novoterm steel convector heaters are widely used for heating offices, utility rooms, stairways and etc. These devices easily create a comfortable temperature in a space of any size. Novoterm convector heaters suit both central and autonomous heating systems, the latter being used quite commonly in commercial properties. Steel used in the manufacturing of Novoterm convector heaters has a high heat transfer rate, hence, the device only needs from 10 to 12 minutes to reach its full power.

        Hot-water convector heaters can be equipped with automation temperature control systems, which not only allows to adjust the temperature, but also to significantly decrease energy costs via lowering the temperature of the device during non-working hours. 

        Convector heaters manufactured by Isoterm Firm help solve the following tasks:

        Creating a comfortable indoor microclimate

        Due to the structural features of a convector heater, the amount of water required to heat the space is significantly decreased. This means that the time needed to heat the air of the space is decreased as well. Convector heaters create a powerful airflow directed upwards and along the glass facades, which creates a curtain of warm air. A warm air curtain stops the glass from fogging and protects the visitors from draughts.

        Heating costs improval and smart heat control

        Constant increase in the energy prices and the demand for complex engineering solutions in heating large areas are the main reasons for continual search of energy-efficient technologies. 

        Energy costs can be reduced even more if automatic thermostatic valves offered by our company are introduced into the heating system. An automatic control system allows to create a comfortable microclimate in the space quickly and maintain precise temperature levels in every particular room despite external weather conditions.


        Reliability and durability

        Convector heaters manufactured by Isoterm Firm JSC belong to high-speed heating appliances, which distinctive feature is that the water in their heating elements moves with the same speed as it does in the water pipes. In radiators, for example, water moves a lot slower than it does in the water pipes that are connected to them. High-speed heating appliances can withstand the freezing of the water in them if the temperatures in the space are negative for a prolonged period of time.The flow rate of the water in water pipes is more than 0,2 meters per second. Hence, dirt and air in high-speed heating appliances are carried away by the water flow. In radiators, however, dirt and air accumulate, especially in the bottom part of the radiator, which can lead to clogging. Clogging, in turn, can possibly cause leaks in the heating device.

        Therefore Isoterm’s convector heaters do not require preventive cleaning before the start of the heating season, and they have more than 50 years of longevity. Durability of the devices manufactured by Isoterm Firm JSC is achieved due to their high quality.


        User safety
        Unlike other heating appliances, the temperature of the convector’s body never exceeds 43°С, thus it is impossible to get a thermal burn from touching it. The fact that convector heaters are extra safe makes them the perfect choice for spaces used often and by a lot of people.

        Moreover, soldering and welding are commonly used in the process of manufacturing other heating appliances. Panel radiators usually have welding around the whole perimeter. Not only does that negatively affect the exterior of the heating appliance from an aesthetic point of view, but there is also a possibility that weld beads can leak, which is a very common occurrence. Isoterm’s copper-aluminium convector heaters are manufactured using seamless copper pipes, which ensures high reliability and safety of the appliances, since it completely eliminates the possible air blockage or clogging, as well as allows the appliances to withstand hydraulic shocks that can occur during the launch of the central heating system.
